Well-Being for Women - Cornwall - Monthly

A friendly, fun group that looks at what matters, our health & wellbeing and how we can support ourselves. This presentation and forum is held on the 1st Monday evening of the month between 6:30 - 8pm

November's workshop theme: Pelvic Floor Health & Fitness Joining Samantha guest presenter, Michelle Harford BSc Physiotherapist presents on the pelvis and pelvic floor a fundamental part of our bodies core, an area we often do not pay much attention to and yet it is a key area for us as women. With increasing levels of women’s health problems, let’s discuss this topic and look at practical techniques to connect with our body.

Sound & Voice Workshops - Monthly

We combine our experience and understanding of the body, posture and breathing along with Andrew and Samantha's love for communication, music, singing and harmonies. Come along to this friendly regular group to listen to the guitar, singing or drum and hum or sing along. We work on breath, posture, toning and harmonies in this welcoming space. These workshops are on the second Monday of every month from 6.30pm - 8pm.

Meditation Group - Monthly

Join us for our regular Gentle Breath Mediation group, which takes place the last Wednesday evening of each month between 6:30 - 7:30pm.

Our meditation group offers something for everyone.    Making the choice to offer ourselves space and bringing our awareness to our breath and bodies is deeply supportive for our every day wellbeing. It can support us to connect with an inner stillness and settlement that offers a foundation that can bring a consistency and steadiness to every day life. 

Stretch & Flow Exercise Classes

Tuesday Evening: November 13th, 20th, 27th - December 4th, 12th, 18th - 7 - 8pm


Friday lunchtime: November 16th, 23rd, 30th - December 7th, 14th, 21st - 1- 2pm

Pay up front for 6 classes for £60 instead of £72 or £12 a class.

Strengthening, Flexibility, Breath, Posture - feel the flow and stand to your true height. Melt away those aches and pains and regain deeper body connection and awareness. A combination of strengthening and stretching that is supportive for any stage of fitness or age. 

 Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness the Stretch & Flow class has been developed to offer gentle and supportive exercises that offer the space to build flexibility, flow and strength. The aim is to connect with the body, become more deeply breath aware and develop postural awareness. This will involve both standing and floor work, but consideration to everyone's specific requirements will be taken and adaptions can be made to support the movement and exercises. All Welcome!
