Well Women Circle

These friendly, inclusive and upbeat events take place on a monthly basis. Samantha sees many women in the clinic and supports with body work, postural awareness, wellbeing advice and these groups have been born form the fact that we can not do it on our own,  some how get distracted by life and our chores. and we become the last priority. This group is a point in the calendar where you can be inspired and inspire, commit to your wellbeing.


If you are keen to making some changes for your wellbeing and are inspired to commitment to self-care on another level then this is the place to be and you are not alone.There is no need to be perfect or have all the answers, we are here to support each other and get inspired.

Samantha says "Everyday I am humbled and inspired by the women who walk through the door of the clinic and share their experiences, raw, honest and open. Ready for change and wanting to commit to a life where they care more and truly support their own wellbeing, not in a selfish way but in a way that offers more to themselves and everyone else.  We have so much to learn from one another, we can not do it alone and there is always more..."

Each event will explore of being women in this world.

We will talk about what matters, the themes will expand and develop along with the group and we complete the group with a warm drink and plenty of space to catch up and make new friends.

Men's Health & Wellbeing Workshops

Men's Health & Wellbeing Workshops. Come to these welcoming workshops run by Andrew Mooney, to explore mens health & wellbeing, body awareness, posture, exercise and sleep patterns along with other subjects have been discussed.


This workshop costs £5

When: Fortnightly on Monday

Time: 7 - 8pm

Meditate - Stretch - Connect

A great way to start the weekend.... a two hour workshop, meditate - stretch - connect. A complimentary herbal tea and a warm room awaits you... come and let go of the stresses and strains of the week. These workshops have it all, we start with a gentle meditation, incorporate strengthening exercises and stretches and discuss themes around our health and wellbeing. This is a small class and Samantha ensures that everyone is offered one to one support and advice.

Enjoy loosening up, being in a warm and welcoming environment.

We will explore wellness, what it means for you in everyday life, for example sleep patterns, exercise, posture, energising techniques and maintaining healthy habits.

This event is suitable for woman of all ages and levels of fitness, although please be aware there will be floor work, including stretches on mats, so if you would like to take part in all of this event it is essential that you are able to move down to the floor and up from the floor with ease.

This will be a small group, so please do book your place.

Please bring water, a blanket and pillow for your comfort. (Please let us know if you are unable and we will provide them.) We provide mats.

Stretch & Flow Exercise Classes


Monday 9am

Wednesday 10am

Friday 12pm

Cost: £5 online

Strengthening, Flexibility, Breath, Posture - feel the flow and stand to your true height. Melt away those aches and pains and regain deeper body connection and awareness. A combination of strengthening and stretching that is supportive for any stage of fitness or age. 

 Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness the Stretch & Flow class has been developed to offer gentle and supportive exercises that offer the space to build flexibility, flow and strength. The aim is to connect with the body, become more deeply breath aware and develop postural awareness. This will involve both standing and floor work, but consideration to everyone's specific requirements will be taken and adaptions can be made to support the movement and exercises. All Welcome!

Meditation Group

Join us for our regular Gentle Breath Mediation group, which takes place on Wednesday evening each week between 7:30 - 8pm.

Our meditation group offers something for everyone.   Making the choice to offer ourselves space and bringing our awareness to our breath and bodies is deeply supportive for our every day wellbeing. It can support us to connect with an inner stillness and settlement that offers a foundation that can bring a consistency and steadiness to every day life. This is a free event.
