About the Practitioners
Michelle offers physiotherapy with a care for people, always with an interest in how the body functions, how we move and how we can support the body to live well. Michelle has worked in and studied healthcare for over 10 years, knowing what really matters is the true support we can offer, and learning from our bodies.
Physiotherapy provides an amazing opportunity to work directly with the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological systems. Michelle enjoys working in both the acute and community setting, working one to one and leading group classes. With a particular interest in rehabilitation, working to restore function and long term recovery to prevent further injury and optimise our wellbeing. Setting realistic programmes that can be continued outside of the clinic, supporting clients to lead their own rehabilitation and recovery.
Michelle enjoys working with people to support a long term change in our vitality and wellbeing, allowing the body to move and function on a whole new level.
Working with an ongoing commitment to continue learning and sharing what is known to support us to heal injuries, physical illness and general wellbeing.
Michelle is available for physiotherapy sessions on Saturday mornings between: 9 - 1pm.
