September's workshop theme: Yes and No, how are we with those words and is this significant for our health & wellbeing? Anyone saying Yes and feeling the pressure from taking on too much or feeling stressed from not being true to yourself? Can how we say Yes and No in a way that empowers us as women? By connecting more deeply with our bodies and what we feel is true for us in our everyday, we can develop a true marker of self respect and self worth which can have a tangible and real impact on our quality of life.
