A great way to start the weekend.... one of gentle breath & body connection exercise, meditation and reflection.

These workshops have it all, we start with a gentle meditation, incorporate stretching and breathing exercise and discuss themes around our health and wellbeing. Samantha ensures that everyone is offered one to one support and advice that they build on throughout the weeks.

Enjoy loosening up, being in a warm and welcoming environment. We explore wellness, what it means for you in everyday life: for example lifestyle habits, sleep patterns, exercise, posture, energizing techniques and maintaining sustainable health self-care rituals and rhythms.

This event is suitable for women of all ages and levels of fitness, although please be aware there will be floor work (including laying on a mat).

If you would like to explore your every day self-care & wellness plan and look at making some sustainable and achievable changes, concerning commitment, energy levels, tension, postural issues, exercise plans, general well being lifestyle habits and routines.


Samantha offers online one - to - one sessions that can be ofered on a one off bais or a programme can be personally tailored to suppport the client

As women we need to support ourselves and each other on so many levels concerning our health, our wellbeing, in appreciation, to inspire, to develop our potential, to live life to the full.

This event is a place of positivity, it is a space that supports uplifting and supportive conversation around themes of health & wellbeing. You do not need to be super fit, you do not need to talk unless you want to, this is a supportive and safe space for women at any stage of fitness and confidence.

We discuss subjects such as exercise, sleep, posture, body awareness, breath awareness, healthy eating, our roles as women, what we appreciate and what makes as smile.

Well Women holds events for exercise, body and breath awareness, meditation and wellbeing and this event is very much about nurturing who we are through conversation, along with a themed presentation lead by Samantha.

Samantha says: "And why a circle? Because we come together and we all have something to share and contribute equally, maybe it is a listening ear, a warm and caring comment, an experience shared that all can learn from. I am in no doubt that as women we all equally have some stunning strengths to share and some areas of life were we can learn from one another. Together we are stronger and it is a delight to host these events."

Cost: £5 for a one hour workshop

A one hour exercise class run as an ongoing programme to support women with posture, flexibility, strengthening, breath and body awareness. You can drop in at any time or make it a regular commitment. These are friendly classes where women of all ages and abilities are welcomed.

One - To - One Sessions with Samantha

Prefer a one - to - one session? You can book 4x 30 minute online Wellness session for £70 or pay as you go £20 for a 30 minute session.
